In December, the International Authors Editorial Board began considering appropriate timing for a Submissions Call for Emanations 9 (please click HERE).
It has been necessary to revise that gauging.
This is not yet set into stone, but a Call could go out as early as this April. If things work out this way, the review of submissions would begin sometime in August.
